We hosted nine wonderful young ladies from the Bethel Baptist youth group from Graceville, Florida this weekend! We enjoyed fellowshipping with the girls and one of their leaders, Deanna throughout the weekend. The youth group helped several of us from FBCU with a service project Saturday morning and we were able to worship with them at church this morning. Our house will sure be quiet when they leave for youth camp at Lake Yale tomorrow morning!
Speaking of church, I'm so excited to welcome Andy Johnston to FBCU as our new music minister! Singing on the praise team is one of my favorite things to do and Pastor Andy is going to do a fantastic job leading us!
On the agenda this week...decorating the music room and working on lesson plans!!! Praying about all the great ideas God is laying on my heart!

- I serve a risen Savior! I am married to a wonderful husband and am the mother of four incredible children. I have two beautiful Red Standard Poodles that don't know they're dogs! I am so excited to be a part of the First Academy family! I can't wait to see what God has planned for us this school year as we make a joyful noise for HIM!
